冷再生技術(shù)在瀝青材料循環(huán)利用中有什么作用

近幾年我國(guó)公路建設(shè)突飛猛進(jìn),其中大多數(shù)路面尤其是高等級(jí)公路路面為瀝青路面。根據(jù)瀝青路面的設(shè)計(jì)使用壽命,我國(guó)目前每年需要翻修的瀝青路面已經(jīng)超過(guò)了15%,瀝青路面的廢棄量已達(dá)到每年250萬(wàn)噸以上,并且這些數(shù)字還以每年15%的速度增長(zhǎng)。所以合理的利用瀝青再生技術(shù)已成為公路建設(shè)中的重要課題。

根據(jù)國(guó)外的經(jīng)驗(yàn),瀝青路面材料的循環(huán)利用用于新建路面或是路面維修工程中,在技術(shù)上是可行的,經(jīng)濟(jì)上也是比較合理的,不會(huì)增加過(guò)多的成產(chǎn)成本,變廢為寶有利于環(huán)境保護(hù)。與其他路面修復(fù)技術(shù)相比較:瀝青路面再生還能在一定程度上減少交通中斷的時(shí)間。
According to foreign experience, the recycling of asphalt pavement materials for new pavement or pavement maintenance engineering is technically feasible and economically reasonable, will not increase too much production cost, and turning waste into treasure is conducive to environmental protection. 路面冷再生的種類很多,根據(jù)瀝青再生和回收協(xié)會(huì)的定義,可分為“熱廠拌再生、熱現(xiàn)場(chǎng)再生、冷廠拌再生、冷現(xiàn)場(chǎng)再生、全厚度再生”。

瀝青路面的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)冷再生是指利用舊路面材料經(jīng)加工后重復(fù)利用,根據(jù)需要加入部分新骨料成新集料,按比例加入一定量的水泥和適量的水,在自然的環(huán)境下連續(xù)地完成材料的銑刨、破碎、添加、拌和、攤鋪及壓實(shí)成型,重新形成具有所需承能力結(jié)構(gòu)層的一種工藝方法。
The on-site cold recycling of asphalt pavement refers to the reuse of old pavement materials after processing, adding some new aggregates as needed, adding a certain amount of cement and an appropriate amount of water in proportion, and continuously completing the milling, crushing, addition, mixing, paving and compaction of materials in a natural environment, A process for re forming a structural layer with required bearing capacity.
冷再生技術(shù)一般用在基層和底基層的再生利用中。對(duì)于既有瀝青路面基層和底基層的再生,由于組成的材料復(fù)雜,故首要問(wèn)題是解決材料的分類和破碎,然后按基層或底基層的設(shè)計(jì)要求進(jìn)行級(jí)配,可以單獨(dú)再生后做基層或底基層,也可以與既有瀝青面層一起再生后做基層或底基層。
Cold recycling technology is generally used in the recycling of base and subbase. For the regeneration of existing asphalt pavement base and subbase, due to the complex materials, the primary problem is to solve the classification and crushing of materials, and then grade according to the design requirements of base or subbase. It can be recycled separately as base or subbase, or recycled together with existing asphalt surface to make base or subbase.
